1)初步對齊主體;  

2)拉伸試驗機精度校正。  

錨定螺母澆鑄后，水泥未干透前，不得擰緊錨定螺母啟動試驗機。 (水泥干燥時間一般不少于10-15天)水泥完全干燥后，擰緊載體螺母，檢查試驗機的安裝精度，是否與調(diào)準(zhǔn)精度一致。 如果沒有，需要再次糾正。  

拉力試驗機在使用過程中，由于測試時振動容易出現(xiàn)松動現(xiàn)象，所以拉力試驗機在使用一段時間后，應(yīng)將相關(guān)部件進行緊固
